pparts: nope..

dangermouse: i have a friend who codes in that.. hmm.. what's your general view on the global coding/demo scene.. sorry to see future crew and trinton move on to diff. things?

it was right about here that pparts said something about the whole scene always needs coders - appgens to websites.. obviously my log buggered up and didn't catch it!

pparts: nope, i dont do any of that stuff neither the html. im not really into it but i plan too cause i wanna setup my own webpage.

pparts: im 18, right now its winter hah, i skateboard, but i cant now.. i live in massachussettes(bad spelling).

pparts: i have just been spending alot(probally too much) time on chalkboard its my new ansieditor.
pparts: it's awsome with how much is done so far.

pparts: yep,. im gonna make it so people have to pay to register it but i feel odd, because i never paid for anything i cant picture others paying for it.

pparts: yeah, i was working on chalkboard(ansieditor) for 2 fucking hours to fix one MAJOR problem. my head was spinning.. it drove me nutz. and all the time i put in.
dangermouse: so admit.. it is fucking boring.. but i spose the end result is satisfying..
pparts: ohh yeah, it is boring but its only boring when you CANT do something, other wise its not that bad. and my end results are always great.

pparts: but i can get done just about anything that i want to if i put the time and effort into it, it'll comeout the way it was expected.

i know what we was going through, i had also gotten back at a ludicres time in the early, very early hours of the morning from my new-years celebrations, which weren't all that hot anyways..

pparts: data processing its computer programming.. visual c and a bunch of unneeded crap.
dangermouse: hehe.. sounds like the Information Technology course i might be doing.. but hey, a job in this kinda field pulls in the bucks..

dangermouse: mmm.. the money makes it worthwhile.. plus the satisfaction of creating something ;)
pparts: yeah and its something i enjoy, cant beat that , thats why i gotta do good ya know fuck the chicks for now. :)
dangermouse: if you want to fuck em.. free sex, no commitment ;).. nah, seriously.. that's another thing.. the coding scene in a major way opens up new horizons to budding future crews out there.. i mean, would you have been were you are today without the global scene?
pparts: no, i learned alot by whats around me..
dangermouse: i firmly believe that the coding scene is still an influence to many coders, maybe to go on the better things.. look at future crew and triton - now they're producing kickass commerial games..
pparts: emm it is cool. i wanna do a cool game sometime. but THAT takes alot of time.
dangermouse: yeah well, i'd say it'd be a full job for fc and triton now.. the scene was once they're audience.. just think, if it hadn't been there, would they be were they are today?

dangermouse: sounds about right to me.. with the emergence of more web based sites/(even bbs') it wouldn't suprise me.. hell, it'd mean my extinction.. <cringe>
pparts: well i've noticed that boards are going down very quickly because EVERYONE spends all their time on the net.. and why wouldnt they? the net is everything. you can chat with millions of other people. you can get files just about as fast as you can ask for them.
pparts: everything is done on the internet rather the bbs scene. also because EVERYONE can keep in touch alot easier. no EXPENSIVE bill's etc..
dangermouse: yeah.. but ansi might live on in vaine just as an artform - hell it's sort of like literature in a sense.. ppl do it for the shear joy of doing it.. like your coding :)
pparts: i dunno, i dont think it will. but VGA will get real big because of the web pages and shit ya know?,.
