My past affils... hmm... My past affils that I can somewhat still remember are fuel, m0p, rile, zenith. My current right now is Brotherhood

Ok... can you tell me how you got yourself into drawing... mabey some of your inspirations..

Well if I start way back from the beginning; it would go like this. It started way back in uh 92-93 when I used to call local boards. I met this guy named flesh who introduced me into the ansi ways. I began back then just drawing for local boards with my crappy art.

Till I discovered the internet. Before i discovered the internet i remember reading Bitchslap magazines and that made me want to Compete for the TOP 10.. which i knew at that time I could never do. But i could try couldn't I :)

So pretty much from there is where it all began. The guys who have always
inspired me to draw would have to be The Knight and Necrofiliac. They helped me out so that I would move myself forward instead of backwards. That would pretty much explain my background and all :)

Well if you consider the time frame between the art scene in general and my time... god no. :)

ahh ok... so how long were you involved with Zenith?

Iwas in zenith from the beginning pretty much. I drew and took part in it any way I could

So you and tX! very close?

Sorta. When zenith ended we sorta had our differences then gave that up and started talking again. We are friends now of course :)

What kind of diffrences?

Well with the fall of zenith we were soon lead to believe many different ideas taintedx had in mind for zenith. I don't really want to go into detail about that since, its over and there is no point on sturring up the past :)

Well we all want to know where Zenith might have gone... can you share with us some of those ideas?

Personally I think Zenith could of really put a ripple in the scene, its just the members weren't as close related as the ones from the first pack. Pretty much the same reason most other groups die, besides laziness :)

So what exactly did the fall have to do with taintedx's "ideas" as you said?

Well all I would really say to that is that people got frustrated from his actions.

I do and I don't. I do because its good for other groups to watch out. but I don't because then it just doesn't lead to better judgement, and it shows the lack of maturity you have towards other people.

Its just me personally but I don't like to talk about that stuff really with anyone.

So what are your feelings on LORE, which happens to be nothing but Zenith reborn.....?

At first I thought LORE was created out of spite of Zenith. But after talking to Egoteq and Ellisdee on the topic I soon realized how much they just wanted a group where it was relaxing and active. I think LORE is heading in a good direction, it hasn't really dissapointed anyone with like crude remarks *cough* or some idiotic members. Even the ones that are in lore that weren't in zenith are pretty cool I guess. I mean rob's choice in members seem

It seems neat though. I mean many people thought that at first but aren't all groups like that? Try to take as many members as you can if your gonna start your own group?

Ok, my sources tell me that there is alot of talk roaming around about LORE's politics and external group PR as being terrible... what are your thoughs on this?

Personally, I think its just a bunch of hype people want to get around about their politics. I think alot of the hype began with Grind Stone quiting because he couldn't become a senior (he thought no one would vote for him) Then began the crusade to put lore down, im sure information has leaked like crazy even without his help

But Im sure its just a matter of being organized. Lore was trying to run a seniorless group and soon realized how hard it really is to do that with not EVERY member as active as himself with LORE.

Well you use the term 'leaked' which implies that there is bad information there to start with...?

Every group has their rough spots (heh spot) so I mean its just a matter of either blowing them out of porportion or trying to repair them instead of ranting and raving about em

Ok, speaking of repair.. i heard that you have been trying to help them out in repairing some of their 'problems' .. is that true?

Well I have been trying to pass them some opinions I have about what they should do. I mean I would hate to see a good group go down because of politics.

If they take them thats their decision in the end.

So do you give out this kind of helping hand to every new group in the scene or is there something special abot LORE?

Well I would like to help alot of the beginning groups out there and give them some things I have learned in my successes and failures. I want to see a successful scene. Like maestro said (as an insult) "Your trying to be an avenger?" I guess you could say I want to be in a minor way. Im sure i couldn't do it all by myself, but if everyone were to think that way something would happen.

Brother hood was founded like uh 2 months ago, but johan (sor) and I talked about a label like this since zenith even first started. Its pretty much a way we can release our art to get it out there, without having to rely on groups. Cause Sor and I are just tired of being in groups and group polotics

Well Sor and I don't exactly see eye to eye on that part. He wants it to become a group, and I want Brotherhood to be just him and I drawing for it.

Ok, that brings up another question... do you think that groups can be run without excessive politics involved..?

Tung Lo
Personally if groups would rely less on reputation and bullshit, they would get further. I mean sure you have to have some type of leader, but thats natural. So why get involved with politics.... Its pretty much ridiculous and a way for the leaders to lessen the load on their shoulders, sure I guess it helps. But I think if a group would have the proper motivation it would end up like ACID or ICE one day and maybe have a group with really no pilot

Do you think that mabey the reason politics get so extreme might come from the demand for more power...? (e.g. powertrips)

Yeah I think many people want and think they deserve something they weren't designated to do. I would think most seniors look for compatibilty with other members and activity. And you have none of those who should you have the power. ;)

So will the brotherhood ever fall into the trap of too much politics?

Well if it is only Johan and me keeping brotherhood alive, I doubt it. Also for the fact that we don't want politics and thats why we decided just to release brotherhood. (just Johan and I)

Ok, something that jumped out at me right away in hood#1 (great pack btw) is that the two founders and only members of the group had opposing views in the nfo file.... can you explain this?

The reason like any other reasonable explanation is. We are 2 different people, living in 2 different countries on the other side of the world, We both have different thoughts, different brains :) But to make it that much more complicated I think johan wants brotherhood to become a group. If this were to happen I think johan would contact me about it first. Especially if it is about someone he wants to join, or vice versa.

So as far as you are concerned.. is BH going to be accepting ANYONE anytime soon?

Im not to sure. Since our next release is on January 1st, who knows what can happen in between. Only time will tell I guess.

Does it not worry you that you two have completely diffrent views on where the group is going?

Nah because in the end we are cool friends on irc. We can talk to each other about things most of these scene don't talk about. We pretty much talk about everything. Thats what makes it so different. We rarely talk about irc or ansi in general when we are both on, so its cool that way..

Well from what i've personally heard the pack is liked very much..... i know creator loved it Speaking OF creator...... there was this one pic in hood#1......... =) You said some very interesting things about the leader of Avenge.... would you care to explain?

Well I have known creator since the rile days and he was cool back then, and kinda cool today (kinda being he dissed me) I mean their is some part of me saying let it go, its nothing. But the other side took over and made me write some mean things :) Besides that its true, I did that joint with creator figuring it would of been released to find out Biz took over it.

So what can I do? Well I guess just piss on creator's flowers and hope he doesn't. I mean we discussed about it after brotherhood's release. And Im kinda cool with it now.

Ok, my sources contacted him and he informed us that he apoligized to you and that you would not accept it..... and you told us that there was alcohol involved?

When he apologized to me the 2nd time, I accepted it. On one condition that he did another joint with me. So we will see if he keeps his word.

Ok can you explain the alcohol..???

Yeah he said he was drunk and couldn't remember who he did it with. And he supposedly asked SOR if he did it and sor said no. So I am still waiting to talk to sor about that part

Its iffy. I mean there are times where I get home from the bar and am right loaded and the next day dont remember how i got in bed in the first place. So I sort of believe it. Not 100% since I wasn't there to see it in the first place.
