PCRC '96

This is improved version of Craig's PCR Checker. It is for those who
want to check whether the downloading was 100%. Anyway, people who put
wares on sites have to check them before putting and write pcrc check
codes into readme file too.

This version of PCRC contains turbo load system. It doesn't work in  
emulator (c64s)! It's of course 100% compatible with old PCRC.
