All the previous released mags for the ART business try to be UP TO DATE in released collections and votetopics ... nargh! ... Actually they`re not! So i got the idea to make a kinda chain-letter to ALL the artists around and all the artists BEEING around the last years! GEM and all the others who quitted the scene (SKIN, AMBLIN etc.) are INCLUDED! The main idea is to get all the ARTISTS, their affiliated groups (past>today) and all their collections in LENGTH, RELEASE DATE and under which group it has been released .. all in all It should like this ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Artist Groups Collections Length Date ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FLI7e Caustic Style Numero Uno 12.345 10/10/92 Numero Zwei 145.678 20/12/93 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Database will have Sort functions for example: Longest Collection(s) Most Active Artist Most used Groups and some others if possible! The DBASE Will have GUI (or mui) ^ ascii/ansi viewing ^ Print function and many more (not that lame as in the xCz mag .. sorry pal!) So if you are interested in cooperating with me and the whole CS! posse by doing this DBASE ... Well, we`ve the ASM coder with about 7 years Amiga Demoscene coding an various releases ... WIGWAM / SAD ... We also have the SATAN`S FIRE/Roadhogz^Caustic Style who collected many many details over the months! BUT: We need YOU to get the REAL facts `bout YOUR person! Because who else is able to tell them most truthly?! Also if you send us the information ... Include a small description of your own (about a maximum textlenth of 5k) and we`ll put it straight to the dbase entry of your name! Letus make the ART SCENE more popular and more Informative than it is nowadays! Letus also proof that the AMIGA ascii business is the best of them all! Fuck the PC artists who can make good looking COLOR ARTS but are most over NOT able to make some with slashes and add-on chars like the most artists (me, too) use to realize their asciis! All in all it`s a mega project which will for sure take me a LONG while to realize but i`ll let you know (the artscene) about the growing and I`ll (if i get some replys) release a list of artists which are included once or twice a month.
