Hello out there. This is HAFFY from THE SUPPLY TEAM. I am proud to present: "Yellow Demo". I give you very short time to grab your 3D-glasses (the red-green ones, you know?) When you have fetched them, place your eyes about a meter from the monitor to get the best effect (try with different distances, it's different from person to person!)........................................................................ Time out! ó° ± All graphics (incl. 3D-routine), music, scrolltext-writing and 8362-, 8361- and 68000-coding by HAFFY, execept for the basic (not BASIC you fool! DK=grundlaeggende, D=grundlegende, F=fondementale) blitter line-draw routine, which was coded a great deal by my fellow cracker KITT (also member of TST). (I couldn't figure out the stuff with all those octants and whatever!) But the 3D-perspective-routine was coded by me. Well if you haven't recognized the tune yet, I can tell you, that it's originally from Depeche Mode, and it's called "Can't Get Enough". Do you remember what I wrote in my first demo? (the one with the picture from the C64-game "Rambo") I wrote that I hadn't learned how to use Soundtracker yet. Now I have (learned it)! Yes, you're getting bored looking at a music-display, so here comes the well known cube. ò° ± Yeah man! Let's ANIMATE! ¶ Personal greetings (in random order) go to: The rest of >The Supply Team< especially KITT for helping me out with the line-draw routine and for giving me 512K extra memory for free, >Proxion< congratulations with your new modem and printer, >The Joking Folks<(C64), >Zyq< [zaikju(the way it's pronounced)], >Axel F<, >Amiga Gaf<, >Pep Gonzales<, >Pixy<, >Gonzo<, >The animals from Herlev<(no computer group), >Hof<(C64, my little brother) thanks for letting me use your video, >Brian<(no computer) thanks for lending me some video films, >my dad< and >KITT's dad<(normal persons) thanks for being post men, >Cat<, >Generator<, >The Eagle Crew<(C64), >Kefrens<. Enough Personal greetings. Let's change the drawing to >TST< (The Supply Team). ñ That's a change... Change it some more....... ´`¸ Normal greetings go to TST's contacts all over the world. Now I want to write a little about myself.... I started on a commodore 128, soon I got a disk and called myself >HAF-128<. Then I made the group called >The United Crackers<. If you say "TURBO 192" to a c64-owner, and he knows it, then he knows me. I do electronics for my hobby besides computers, so I build my own sampler, got an EPROM-programmer and rebuild my 128'er. Then I got a 2000'er, and when I got the harddisk, I started programming. So I changed my name to >Haffy<. When I had programmed for some weeks, I connected the two computers and made a demo with the picture from Rambo, transmitted through the cable and converted to amiga format. Then I had fun with soundtracker and some mc-coding. 17/8-1988 I became a member of THE VISITORS DENMARK, already containing HERBIE and KITT. I thought it was time to rebuild my 2000'er, so I got a musicfilter-switch, a KICK1.3 and a pause-button(hardware). (I don't want to install pause-buttons in your computers, but I know a guy, who'll do it for you (for 100 danish kr.) or will send you a do-it-yourself-kit (for 50 danish kr.+porto). You can reach him by phone at 42-914416(remember to select denmark, if you call from another country) and ask for Morten(he speaks danish, german and of course english) or by writing to: Morten Broerup, Graeshavevej 13, 2730 Herlev, Denmark.) I must say that the button is real efficient, I have one myself, and I have not seen one game on which it didn't work. Meanwhile, all members of THE VISITORS were asked to join THE SUPPLY TEAM. We talked about it, and agreed (April 1989). And now I've made this demo. ´ ¶ ¸ µ· Well.... I'm getting bored with this, and I have only 3 drawings, so I'll make some more drawings and write some more scroll text tomorrow when ZYQ comes. Maybe I'll even let him write some too.... Sorry I didn't program anything yesterday, as I promised. But today is monday, and I've just finished another drawing, so here it comes... ô´¶@¸ µ · Yes, it's my name! Let's send it into the screen..... » Far away? This has only the right effect if you're wearing red/green glasses! Now we change it back to the music display. ó And put it back through the screen, and into your room...... º Can you touch it???? º `I'll just try something. Wait a moment. ° ± ² ´ µ ¶ · ¸ ¹º » What do you say? Have you ever before seen a music display spin around on the screen?????? Now I can't come up with any more ideas for drawings or anything more to write in the scroll text, so I'll let the picture stand a while before the demo restarts....
