DefCoN Mag #2 Add-On : FullWin32 Support

Just uncompress WefCoN#2.exe and midas11.dll
in the DefCoN Mag Issue#2 main directory.

Run WefCoN#2.exe and enjoy!

Warning! This is still a beta version!
There is still bugs some known (the eng tab
in the menu do not highlight) some completly
unknown (hum.. i don't know :). But i'm fed 
up with this version, I prefer to do the next 
issue. 


Support DefCoN or it will die ! HOW ? just by 
writting articles !!!
