	This is an OpenGL demo, so get yourself an OpenGL-compatible card. It works with the 3dfx MiniGL, but you'll

	with all cards except this Voodoo thang. Get the latest drivers and set them to highest quality (this applies 
	to the Rage128 and likely)

	The Launcher.exe is the thing for you to call. You can choose few things there:
	First, get the resolution. If you choose a non-supported resolution (e.g. 1280x1024x32 on a Voodoo2 card ;-)
	Noir will use the "nearest" available resolution (e.g. 800x600x16)
	You can start at any point in the demo. Just type in the second you wanna start off into the "start at" field
	Due to some problems with the XAudio library the sound may start at another point. Don't worry about this...
	If you uncheck the fullscreen option and your card doesn't support windowed mode (e.g. Voodoo2 again), it
	will start in fullscreen though
	If you experience sound problems uncheck "Play sound"
	Check "Show stats" if you like dazing amounts of flashing figures... You'll get a logfile with some info, too
