released at TG01 for the fastintro, won first prize (woohoo!)

Windows version, because some people like it better that way. Uses FMOD,
compiled with mingw32 (because cygwin simply refused to link with fmod).
Needs music.ogg in its current directory, or it will lock everything, ESC
key doesn't work, etc... ie. even more buggy than the original Linux version.

Extra greets to Chr|s, who I forgot to greet in the scroller,
and thanks to John Isidoro, whose original marching pyramids code my
blob/metaball code is based on (but gee, how that code sucks!!)...
Also greets to the vision/democrews at TG01, who went through a lot
of pain to get the demo played. :-)
