PLEASE READ THIS TEXTFILE CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS ALL OF THE
RULES FOR VOTING IN GC7. IF YOU DO NOT ABIDE BY THESE RULES,
YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! THERE WILL BE *NO EXCEPTIONS!*

Procedure
---------

1. Listen carefully to all of the entries, using the
   respective tracker (FT208 for XM, IT214 for IT,
   please, out of respect for the author.. IT does
   NOT play all XM tunes properly).

2. Make a list of the top 10 entries, with the entry
   you voted #1 at the top, and so on down to the #10
   entry at the bottom.

3. Select the tune you disliked the most 
   and write it in under the Last Place section.

4. Explain in one well written paragraph why you chose
   the tune you did as 1st place, and any other general
   comments you had about it or any other entries.

Optional:
5. Explain in one well-written paragraph why the tune you 
   chose which came last did so. ie Things such as what the composer 
   should focus on to improve, what they could have tried, what was 
   good about their tune. The aim of this is to provide useful feedback
   to those who could use it.

Rules
-----
Rules are rules. We hate it, but that's the way it is. If you
break any of the rules, you will be DISQUALIFIED. No questions
asked, no exceptions.

1. You absolutely CANNOT vote for yourself, whether it be for
   top10, or the last placing.

2. You must comment! And please try to make comments worthwhile,
   not a waste of space.


3. [ IMPORTANT!! ]
   You must have your voteforms in by the time the counter on
   the GroovyCompo webpage turns to 0 days, 0:00:00. If you
   do not, then you will be disqualified, and added to the
   GroovyCompo probation list. You will be kept on this list
   until you enter again and vote. If you enter again and
   do not vote, you will be banned from 3 GroovyCompos, and
   generally won't be thought of very highly! If you really
   can't vote, then you really shouldn't enter a tune.
   
4. Send your voteform in email, as the body of the message.
